Concert Band Adjudicators 2019

Jodie Blackshaw (b. 1971) grew up in the south-east of rural Australia and formed a very personal relationship with music early in life through the creative application of her imagination to musical colours and movement.

Currently serving as visiting professor of music at Luther College (Fall, 2018), Decorah, Iowa, Dr. Stamp serves as acting director of bands and teaches conducting. He spent the past three years as adjunct faculty at UW-River Falls.
